Abbie learnt about Kicks a few years ago, whilst her sister and brother attending classes at Kicks Dance Crawley.
She now teaches across all franchises and her classes are so much fun! Read what she says about her journey with Kicks so far.
I started teaching with Kicks in October 2019 and have absolutely loved my first term. Every single class I’ve taught has always left me with a huge smile on my face and feeling so delighted that I am able to call this my job. Dancing has always been a massive part of my life. However, over recent years, with all the exams and extra stress, I stopped finding the joy in my dance classes. Kicks reignited my love for dance all over again.
The main reason I love teaching at Kicks is because the classes aren’t just structured around set dance work that can become boring for young children. At Kicks, the focus is on having fun and allowing the children to show their own personalities through dance. Over the last term I’ve seen so many children grow in confidence, not just in their dancing ability but in themselves, I believe this is because Kicks gives them a place to express themselves, have fun and SPARKLE!
I can’t wait to continue teaching at Kicks and doing what I am so passionate about every day with the best group of children!
