Hello! My name is Cara and I run Kicks Dance South Manchester. We offer fun, friendly dance classes, workshops and parties for children aged 18 months – 11 years in Altrincham and surrounding areas, Sale and Didsbury. We also offer high quality Primary School dance provision.

Kicks Dance is all about having fun, getting fit and enjoying dancing in a safe, friendly environment. We believe that dance is not only fantastic for promoting physical well-being, it’s also a great way to boost children’s self-confidence and support their mental health.

Whether you are a parent looking for a regular dance class for your child, interested in booking something different for their next birthday party, or a Primary School looking to add variety to your extra-curricular clubs and PE provision, please don’t hesitate to  contact me for more information and to book your free trial session.
