Hello! My name is Cara and I run Kicks Dance South Manchester. We offer fun, friendly dance classes, workshops and parties for children aged 18 months – 11 years in Altrincham and surrounding areas, Sale and Didsbury. We also offer high quality Primary School dance provision.
Kicks Dance is all about having fun, getting fit and enjoying dancing in a safe, friendly environment. We believe that dance is not only fantastic for promoting physical well-being, it’s also a great way to boost children’s self-confidence and support their mental health.

Cara is a mum of two and before joining Kicks Dance she worked as a Primary School teacher for over ten years. Dance has always been a huge part of Cara’s life, and she is very excited to combine her experience as a teacher with her passion for dance in a way that she hopes will bring a lot of joy to the children in the community.
At Kicks Dance, we have always had such lovely feedback from parents, schools and children about our teachers. We only employ individuals who we feel fit the Kicks ethos and who we know will uphold our brilliant reputation and high standards.
Our classes are targeted at specific age ranges and offer regular structured lessons.
