Founded in 2008 by ex-primary school teacher, Julia, Kicks Dance was created to fill the gap in the market for fun dance classes for children who do not want the pressure of exams or competitions but love dance and music. Kicks Dance is a rapidly growing and successful dance business and offers children’s dance classes, parties, workshops, shows and PE support for 18 months+. WHAT TYPE OF INDIVIDUAL ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for nurturing and friendly individuals with outstanding work ethic who want to make a difference to children’s lives and share their love and passion for dance.

Kicks Dance franchisees will have:
- Ideally a dance fitness qualification or a Primary/Secondary Education degree or PGCE.
- Dance teaching experience.
- A valid driving license & access to a car
- A passion for dance and a desire to make children feel special
- Have great interpersonal skills, energy and enthusiasm
- Good business sense, self motivation and ambition
- A fun, friendly, outgoing personality
- A nurturing and kind nature

With over 15 years experience in the business, Kicks Dance will provide you with everything you need to run a successful, profitable business.
The Kicks Dance franchise package provides:

“We strongly believe that dance is a wonderful way of developing confidence and self-esteem in both boys and girls. Each week children aged 18 months+ fill the studios with their enthusiasm, energy and laughter as they try new routines to their favourite songs. Kicks Dance provides children with an arena to be creative, try out choreographic skills and use props or costumes. We have grown through recommendation and have met a need that parents seem to be looking for. Kicks Dance has a unique appeal to children of all abilities – it is about dancing to music they enjoy without the pressure of exams. With the help from our fabulous staff, we have been very lucky to be able to build and develop our business and brand as a mother and daughter team. We very much value family and try to create a safe and nurturing space for the children to enjoy dancing in.
